  5. Upon written motion of the prosecuting attorney filed at least eight days prior to the adjudicatory hearing and with reasonable notice to the juvenile, his or her counsel, and his or her parents, guardians or custodians, the court shall conduct a hearing to determine if juvenile jurisdiction should or must be waived and the proceeding transferred to the criminal jurisdiction of the court. Any motion filed in accordance with this section is to state, with particularity, the grounds for the requested transfer, including the grounds relied upon as set forth in subsection (d), (e), (f) or (g) of this section, and the burden is upon the state to establish the grounds by clear and convincing evidence. Any hearing held under the provisions of this section is to be held within seven days of the filing of the motion for transfer unless it is continued for good cause.

  8. If I were a prosecuting attorney, then if a juvenille has went through several programs and not one of them seemed to help in the least little bit, then I would do something far worse. If they couldn't learn their lesson in the first few places, then they need to be somewhere they'll regret. Maybe then they'll straighten their butt up and stop being so immature.

  9. Probable cause – likely reason
Adult – somebody over the age of 18 / somebody older than a child or a teenager

The juvenile procedure requires the adjudicatory hearing and everything to come before the final step of placement.
If I were a prosecuting attorney I would consider transferring the hearing to a different jurisdiction if I felt that the defendant was being prosecuted unfairly.

  10. An adult is a human being or living organism that is of relatively mature age, typically associated with sexual maturity and the attainment of reproductive age. In human context, the term has other subordinate meanings associated with social and legal concepts; for example, a legal adult is a legal concept for a person who has attained the age of majority and is therefore regarded as independent, self-sufficient, and responsible . probable caw means (law) evidence sufficient to warrant an arrest or search and seizure. I don’t think the kids that are juvenile of the age 17 and under should be sent to a adult jail because all kids makes mistakes and they can change them all they nees is a chance.

    1. The juvenile transfer procedure requires certain steps to be followed. If the prosecuting attorney deems the transferr necessary then he or she can make the decision to do so.
    2. If I was an attorney I would transfer them to a different jurice addiction when I thought they was getting treated unfairly.
