    1) Heart disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Heart disease includes heart attack, heart failure, and angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart). Coronary heart disease – direct cost: $8.8 billion (17% of the total cost of heart disease, independent of stroke).

    2) If you take in more calories than are required by your body on a daily basis (known as "energy imbalance"), those surplus calories will be converted into fat.
    If this energy imbalance continues for an extended period of time, it will lead to overweight or obesity.
    A food that mostly causes obesity is fast food restraunts.
    3)way you can prevent obesity is
    1. Stay active. The most common way to prevent obesity is to live an active lifestyle. Simple activities, such as taking the stairs or walking to the store, can help tremendously. Many people also enjoy going to the gym. A local health club membership can be a wonderful way to stay active and socialize with other like-minded individuals.
    2. Step 2
    Eat healthy. The FDA recommends that the average person consume 2,000 calories per day in foods such as dairy, meats, breads, fruits, vegetables and legumes. Tailoring your diet to meet these FDA standards is the most effective way to prevent obesity.
    3. Step 3
    Watch your weight. You should weigh yourself once a week to monitor your health. If you notice that you are starting to gain some weight, you should take appropriate measures to lose that weight. Investing in a scale for the home is recommended.
    4. Step 4
    Drink water. Many times people will mistake dehydration for hunger signals in the body. The FDA recommends drinking eight to 10 glasses of water per day. Water cleanses and detoxifies all the impurities in your system.

  2. “Essay on Special Operations Forces”

    I am writing this essay on the special operations forces and how you can about enlisting into this particular position. In this essay I will name a few things you have to go about to become a special ops team member. I also will mention what is required of you to do while enlisted into it.
    The Special Ops are a very hard position to enlist into because you have to go through a 17-week training course and you also have to go through a recruiting process. One of the ways to become special ops is to reach grade of E-4 in the army. Another reason is to achieve scores of 60 or higher while going through the obstacle courses at base camp.
    I am also going to try and enlist into this position when I get out and will try my hardest to achieve the top scores in the special ops. Also I will try and complete the missions on time and to follow all the objectives that my staff sergeant gives me ahead of schedule or before briefing.
