  1. Caylee Life beforehand-
I don’t think this child was treated very well because she was sexually abused by her father who also had helped keep caylee’s death a secret. In my mind this child was treated like crap.
    Theories –
Law enforcement doesn’t know what to believe because we have a law, Innocent until proven guilty and they have not been able to prove her guilty and charge her with 1st degree murder.
    Casey’s first testimony –
Casey said that her daughter was staying with a man when the death happened.
    Present admission –
She is in jail I think….. And she’s still going to court over her daughter’s death.
    Conclusion & Opinion –
I’m not going to believe she did it or she didn’t. If I were a mother I would not be able to kill my child or even let someone with me knowing about it. What I don’t get though is that she let it go for a month knowing that her child was dead or missing. To me everything said and done is very contradicting.

  2. Caylee lived in the home with her mother and grandparents untill she was around 3 years old. Then her mother Casey took Caylee with her on the day she was murdered and was telling Cindy that she was busy with a work assignment in Tampa but other times she would say that Caylee was with a nanny at the beach. Casey was first arrested on July 16, 2008 and was charged the following day with false statement, neglect of a child, and obstruction of a criminal investigation. Casey said she didn’t have the baby in her possesion at the time she was killed. I think that she killed her and she’s trying to get out of it but she should suffer in prison.

  3. Casey Anthony lived with her boyfriend for a month before Caylee was killed.Casey was happy. She seemed, you know, excited about life." ... harming her daughter or having anything to do with her disappearance. Caylee’s death allowed Casey Anthony to live the good life.
Casey Anthony was charged the following day with giving false statements, neglect of a child, and obstruction of a criminal investigation. The judge denied bail, saying Casey had shown "woeful disregard for the welfare of her child."
Casey’s first testimony she was acused of first degree murder.
I think that Casey did kill her kid. I think that she was just depressed and went in a black out moment. I think the only reason why she isnt admiting to it because she now realize that she killed a innocent child for nothing. I think that she now relized that she misses her. Im not saying that she isnt crazy because she is and im not saying it is okay to go off and kill your kid ether.

  4. 1.)Caylee had lived in her grandparents' home with her mother, Casey Anthony, until June 15, 2008.
2.)Police found Caylees remains on Caseys street near some wood. Caseys car had been towed and investigators later found several chemical substances (mostly chloroform) in the trunk of the car used for human decompostition. Also, investigators found recent searches on Caseys home computer on certain substances, how to make them, and the terms of neck breaking and death. Casey was arrested several times and charged with a 500,000 dollar fine.
3.) Casey stated that her child was with a babysitter of which none of her family, friends, boyfriends, or even acqauintances kew about and pleaded not-guilty.
4.)Today, they still are trying to charge Casey with muder of her 2 year old daughter Caylee.
5.) In my opinion, I think Casey is completely guilty! Her ex is also a possibilty, but I think both are involved. How in the world could a mother ever do something so sickening and horrible to their child? Insanity is the only answer I can come up with! I wish people would get this over with and just lock her up for good!

  5. This child was not treated the best by her mother or father she was abused several ways. The officers have their option but they cannot say anything because the law is innocent until proven guilty. Casey’s first testimony was she was with a man when she this happened. My option is she killed her daughter

    1) Background/history of events before Caylee's death -
    (August 9, 2005 –June 16, 2008) - Caylee Marie Anthony

    2) Theories from Law Enforcement of her death & charges
    child neglect
    and
first-degree murder and was arrested for the fourth time

    3) Casey's first testimony
She entered a plea of not-guilty to the charges that she killed Caylee.[

    4) Casey's present admission

The defense, led by Jose Baez, presented its claim that Caylee drowned accidentally in the family's pool on June 16, 2008, and was found by George Anthony, who then covered up Caylee's death. Baez also alleged that George Anthony had sexually abused Casey since she was 8 years old. Baez also claimed that Casey's brother Lee had made sexual advances toward Casey and was even given a paternity test to see if he was Caylee's father.

    5) Your conclusion & opinion- I think she is messed up in the head you don’t treat your baby like and I’m glad that is goin to be in jail for a long time she needs it .

  7. Casey Anthony is indeed in my opinion the murder of her 2- year old daughter Caylee Anthony on June 16, 2008.

"She was never missing. She drowned in the family swimming pool," Casey's defense attorney Jose Baez told the jury in opening statements in an Orlando courtroom.

It was the first time Casey's side had presented in detail her version of events in the sensational case that started out as a gripping missing child investigation before turning to allegations of murder by the child's own mother.
Caylee had been reported missing in July 2008 and was found dead five months later, her remains lying in a wooded area less than a half mile from her Orlando home. By then, Casey, who hadn't reported Caylee's disappearance for a month, had already been arrested.
Casey's attorney acknowledged that the mother didn't tell the truth about the girl's disappearance, making up the story about a nanny who had been the last person with Caylee, but claims there was a reason.
Casey, her lawyer said, had been sexually abused by her father, accounting for her unusual behavior

  8. Contuinied from previous comment.....
It was a case that horrified the nation: Reported missing in July 2008, 2-year-old Caylee Anthony was found dead five months later, her decomposing body lying in a wooded area less than half a mile from the Orlando home she shared with her family. By that time Caylee's single mother, Casey-who had failed to report the toddler's disappearance for a month-had already been arrested for her murder. Imprisoned in the Orange County Jail since October 2008, Casey, 25, steadfastly maintains her innocence, as do her parents, George and Cindy. Now, after years of legal maneuverings, the case is in pretrial hearings. The trial itself, expected to last eight weeks, begins May 9 and will be televised. A pretrial update:

Why has it taken so long?

More than 60 witnesses have been deposed and 24,500 pages of discovery released. "This is a complex case with many moving parts," says a source within the state attorney's office. And because Anthony is facing the death penalty, he adds, "We are all very careful. It's not uncommon for these cases to take years to go to trial."

What is Casey Anthony's life like now?

According to a jail source, she spends her days reading the Bible and writing letters in her 12×7 cell in the Protective Custody wing of the Orange County Jail, emerging from her cell for daily showers and exercise, alone in the prison yard. Aside from weekly meetings with her lawyers, she hasn't had visitors since 2008. Per Florida law, all inmate visits and phone calls are videotaped and public record, so her family has chosen to stay away. "I realized that nothing would be private," Cindy Anthony told PEOPLE in 2009, "so I decided that I wouldn't go back to the jail."

What is the most damning evidence against Casey?

Prosecutors say that weeks before Caylee's disappearance, someone used the computer in the home Casey shared with her parents to search "neck breaking" and "how to make chloroform." Investigators found traces of chloroform in the trunk of Casey's car, along with evidence of human decomposition.

The prosecution has pictures of Casey partying just days after she says Caylee vanished; during the same time period, she used stolen checks to purchase groceries, beer and lingerie. (She pleaded guilty to the theft in 2010.)

When Caylee's remains were discovered, investigators said that someone had placed duct tape over the little girl's mouth, the same brand that was found in the Anthony home.

    What is Casey's defense?

It's hard to say, since most of her early statements have been proven false: The nanny she claimed to have left Caylee with doesn't exist, nor do the people she allegedly told about the disappearance. Her defense team won't reveal its strategy ahead of time, but one thing is certain: Casey won't plead guilty. Says her lead attorney, Jose Baez: "She is innocent, and she wants to have her day in court."

  12. This is NOT a death penalty case...like her or not...whether you think she is the biggest liar on the planet or not...it was an accident...period. Was she a good mom? I've seen examples of both sides of that issue. IF the jury is given very little as far as what she can or cannot be convicted of? The jury will "hang" and we'll start over...or a deal of manslaughter will be cut.
